Making a Will
None of us find it easy to think about making a will, but the reality is that one day we will all die.
Making a will is important yet millions of people die in the UK with no will or with an out of date will. Failure to make a will can leave to people who are distressed about your death having to make decisions on your behalf when they are unsure of your wishes. These can be on what to do with your money and possessions but also who will look after any children you may have and what sort of funeral you want.
If you haven’t made a will yet then this guide should help to persuade you that you ought to. If you have made a will then it may help to review your circumstances and consider if you need to write a new one or revise the existing one.
