RSR Rowner provides daytime support and recreation to service personnel and families.

It is always a great pleasure to meet people who enthuse about what they are doing and that is what you will find when you meet the staff and the families who use the Rowner Centre.

Rowner is situated just near Gosport on Grange Road in the heart of the Naval married quarters estate and provides real support, both spiritually and physically, for the people who live on the estate. The variety of activities on offer to all age groups is amazing and a real credit to the commitment and creativity of the staff.

John and Helen Gueran (left) are the Portsmouth area team leaders and together with Kathryn Smyth (below, left), the youth worker and the staff, they are always on hand to help provide practical and spiritual help.

Indoor and outdoor activities are regularly arranged and the team are aware of the importantance to support families, the single sailor, and provide spiritual guidance if it is requested. You can call or email for details of current activities.
